Visiting Professor Kashnikov Lectures on "Terrorism as an Ethical Problem"

Boris Kashnikov, visiting professor of philosophy from the Moscow Higher School of Economics, will give a lecture titled,"Terrorism as an Ethical Problem." The lecture is part of the Philosophy Research Colloquium and takes place February 24 in Research I on the Fairfax Campus.  Kashnikov is a noted advisor and has worked with international organizations. His academic interests include political philosophy, international ethics, and just war theory.
