Each year, Prometheus publishes quality undergraduate papers in philosophy.  Each issue contains a selection of essays on various philosophic topics as well as interviews with notable philosophers and reviews on recent philosophic articles, books, and essays.

Call for papers. Deadline for paper submission: we accept submissions every February and print the journal in the summer.
