Andrew Light, University Professor and Director of the Institute for Philosophy and Public Policy did a podcast with the University of Pennsylvania’s Kleinman Center for Energy Policy discussing the controversial outcome of the last UN climate summit in Madrid, and what the coming year holds for global climate policy, especially with the looming U.S. withdrawal from the Paris Agreement on climate change – which Light helped to negotiate for the United States – and potentially very different directions in national climate policy that could result from the upcoming U.S. election.  Listen here!
