MA in Philosophy

Luke Merell

Luke is a masters student in the philosophy department at George Mason. His primary research interests are language, normativity, intentionality, conceptual content, pragmatism, idealism, and philosophy of action. His favorite thinkers are the folks that work at the intersection of these issues like Bob Brandom, Wittgenstein, and Hegel. When he's not pondering, he enjoys skiing, racquetball, and running. He lives in Arlington with his wife Poppy, their dog Bojangles, and their two guinea pigs - Moonpie and Tres Leches.
